PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble easily, transmit the power generated by a piezoelectric element to a movable body efficiently, and cause no variation in the performance due to assembling by engaging the movable body with the piezoelectric element and thereby fastening it to the piezoelectric element. SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric actuator 1, an output shaft section 6 which is an integral part of a piezoelectric element 2 is engaged with an installation hole 12, 13 of a movable body 3 and then fastened with an adhesive. By this method, the positioning accuracy of the piezoelectric element 2 for the movable body 3 is increased and there is no variation in performance due to assembling. Furthermore, an assembling job can be done easily and the piezoelectric element 2 does not fall down against the movable body 3 and thereby the force generated by the piezoelectric element 2 can be transmitted to the movable body 3 efficiently and the performance of the piezoelectric actuator 1 can be increased. |
