PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a telephone call without dialing many times by storing the telephone directory and the schedules of respective individuals and retrieving the telephone number of a place, where the party stays at present, by collating the schedule with current time to dynamically change the telephone numbers of a telephone directory corresponding to the schedule of a party. SOLUTION: A data server stores the schedule to use the personal information program of a portable terminal 1. When the name or the like of a person desired to originate the telephone call is inputted, the schedule data of the relevant person are downloaded from the data sever through a communication unit 15 to the portable terminal 1 and the current time is provided from a calendar timer 14. The place, where the relevant person stays at present, is judged from this time and the schedule data of the relevant person downloaded from the data server. Then, the extension telephone number of the place, where the relevant person stays, is judged from an extension number correspondence table and displayed on the telephone directory. This method is not limited to the extension number but can utilize a general public line as well. |
