PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To terminate a transaction like payment, transfer, change or the like in a short time without troublesome operation even in the case that the amount of money to be withdrawn is larger than the balance in an account at the time of the transaction like payment, transfer, change or the like. SOLUTION: When a customer performs a transaction to withdraw the amount of money required for payment, transfer, change or the like from the customer's account, the desired amount of money to be withdrawn which is inputted by the customer is transmitted to a host computer, and the result of comparison between the balance in his account and the desired amount of money to be withdrawn and information of the current balance in his account are acquired from the host computer; and if the desired amount of money to be withdrawn is larger than the balance in his account, the current balance in his account is displayed in a re-input picture without terminating the transaction, and the customer is allowed to input the desired amount of money to be withdrawn again. |
