DEVICE AND METHOD FOR VOCAL PROCESS REQUEST ACCEPTANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the device and method for process request acceptance which can generate a data base of process request contents and acceptance contents that can be accessed from an existent computer system and is easy to handle. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a speech signal quantizing means 11 which quantizes a speech signal of a 1st specific part in a conversation of a process requester 5 at process requesting time into digital speech data, a speech signal character string converting means 12 which generates character string data of speech information contents according to speech information of a 2nd specific part of the said conversation, and a storage means 13 which puts the digital speech data and character string data in different files or connects them into one file and stores the respective files regarding the process request so that they can be discriminated from other process requests.
