PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a temperature characteristic adjusting method for a vibration gyroscope for improving yield. SOLUTION: A vibration gyroscope 10 contains a vibrator 12 which has first and second piezo-electric body substrates 14 and 16 junctioned by a junction layer 18. A first external electrode which is divided into six electrode parts 20a-20f on an external main surface of the first piezo-electric body substrate 14. A second external electrode 24 is formed on the external main surface of the second piezo-electric body substrate 16. Part of the electrode part 20a or the second external electrode 2b is eliminated to adjust a capacitance difference C(L)-C(R) between the capacitance C(L) between the electrode part 20a and the second external electrode part 24 and the capacitance C(R) between the electrode part 20b and the second external electrode 24.
