PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control reactive power generated on an AC system side to completely zero by compensating and controlling a leading current IO flowing to a capacitor 2c of a filter circuit 2. SOLUTION: A current reference correcting means 17 output 'q'-axis current reference Oq* and 'd'-axis current reference Id* given as 'O', and 'q'-axis current reference Icq* and 'd'-axis current reference Icq* corrected on the basis of 'q'-axis current reference Vq* and 'd'-axis reference Vd* and the voltage phase θ of the AC system 1 so as to compensate a leading current IO, and a 'q'-axis current control means 14a and a 'd'-axis current control means 14d compare the corrected 'q'-axis current reference Icq* and 'd'-axis current reference Icd* with a 'q'-axis current component Iq and a 'd'-axis current component Id detected by a vector computing element 13 respectively to outputs a 'q'-axis voltage reference Vq* and 'd'-axis voltage reference Vd*, and controls a PWM converter 3 to control the reactive current flowing to the AC system 1 to zero. |
