摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain very efficient processing and to decrease a band width, a storage capacity and a calculation time. SOLUTION: In order to reduce the band width, the storage capacity and the calculation time required to synchronize data transmitted via an asynchronization communication network 64, when respective data items to be synchronized have only a small short time difference and it is required to make a continuous operation over a long time with highly synchronization precision, a compact modular time stamp T offering very efficient processing is utilized. The band width, the storage capacity and the calculation time are reduced by placing a limit onto both the accuracy and the range of the time stamp T attached to data. Data sampled at a high frequency are grouped in terms of a comparatively low frequency group 68 and a low precision time stamp is assigned to each group so as to limit the precision and a module arithmetic to denote the time stamp is used to limit the range.
