PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To very much reduce color tone irregularities and to design a directional angle arbitrarily and achieve white light emission by providing with an LED chip a storage part that is covered with a coating material with a fluorescent substance and arranged, and a reflection part that reflects light, which is emitted from an LED chip at the storage part and the fluorescent substance at the LED chip. SOLUTION: A storage part 101 that stores an LED chip 102 and a fluorescent substance and causes each light to be mixed, and a reflection part that reflects the mixed light are provided independently, and each function is separated. With light, emitted in the side direction from the LED chip 102, one portion of the light is emitted from a coating part that contains the fluorescent substance in oblique direction through a long distance. The LED chip 102 and the storage part 101 can be adhered, for example, by a thermosetting resin. The reflection part reflects the mixed light of the LED chip 102 and the fluorescent substance, being emitted from the storage part 101 ion a desired direction, and may be formed by utilizing a lead frame or may be formed separately. |
