PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To test a total software without using a real device by simulating the softwares of each of a base station controller, a mobile communication exchange station, a home location register station and a maintenance center station, or providing a software testing means directly starting the load module of the software. SOLUTION: The software 1 of a base station controller, the software 2 of a mobile communication exchange station, the software 3 of a home location register station and the software 4 of a maintenance center station are the load modules of an executable form capable of being executed by a testing means 5. In this executing form, a test means 5, a hardware simulation means 6 and a communication simulating means 7 are also mounted as a software, and a work station 8 is a load module of an executable form the execution of which is started when a user inputs a starting instruction from a keyboard on a personal computer 9. |
