The subject of this invention is the induction, production, and characterization of monoclonal antibodies (Mabs) that react with the individual H, Ki2A, Ki2B, and N ras p21s. Mabs described in this invention are valuable tools for the detection, quantitation and classification of the individual ras p21s in normal, neoplastic, preneoplastic and dysplastic cells, as well as in bodily fluids, using a variety of techniques. |
