Movable upper tool for the separation of the blanks from a sheet which is processed by a press that manufactures packages

The tool comprises a base plate (3) having openings (5), from the lower face (24) of which are fixed punches (4,4a). The openings are located along two orthogonal axes, one of which is inclined relative to one of the tool base plate edges at an angle between fifteen and twenty degrees. The tool works with a lower tool separating the cut-out sheets (2). The punches deform under the pressure engendered by downward displacement of the upper tool and meet a solid separation bar (9). One of the lateral faces of the punch section is tangent to one of the openings so that the pitch between the punches provides an identical total pressure from them, on the cut-out to be separated, near one lower tool separation bar, whatever the position occupied by the separation bars. The non-separated sheet has a front nipped piece (22) gripped by pincers (23) which transport this sheet to the cut-out separation and reception station.
