The side faces (11a,11b) face front and back and each contain one or more slits. A spindle (12b) moves up and down and is mounted so that it spans the slits. Side faces (11c,11d) pointing right and left and enclosing the spindle are aligned at right angles to the front and back facing side walls and are formed by tubular elements (13A) of suitable bending resistance. Longitudinal sections form the two ends of the side sections of the right and left side face which in turn enclose the spindle. Lateral tubular elements can be connected to longitudinal tubular elements in directions pointing front, back, right and left. The tubular elements can be filled with concrete or other fillers such as powdered damping material. The tubular elements also form gas pressure chambers or pressure reservoirs.
