The device comprises a straight or curved (e.g). U-shaped runner track which is either screwed to or countersunk mounted to the floor. The track can be an inverted T-shape, simply a slit or a runner which can be sprung. The device also has a movable stopper (1) which can be ball-, mushroom-, cuboid-, cone-, or pyramid-shaped.
