A sloping board (14) is positioned beneath the work surface, the top end of the board being secured to the work surface and the top side of the board acts as a guide for gases liberated in the cupboard, which pass through the perforated work surface to flow towards the bottom end of the board where they are removed via the ventilation duct. |
