<p>The module is formed of two mutually laser welded sheet metals (1, 2). Longitudinal weld seams (6) define between them longitudinal conduits (32) for the circulation of a first fluid. The metal sheets (1, 2) are also assembled by a peripheral weld seam (3). The weld seam defines beyond the longitudinal conduits (32) a transition zone (13) which narrows down from the longitudinal conduits (32) up to the break (4). Weld points (14) are previously formed in this zone. Once the weld points have been produced, the module is formed by injecting a fluid under pressure through a break (4) in the weld seam (3). The invention is useful for making mutually compatible variations in the module width in the end regions during hydroforming and for producing with the transition zone an outflow distributor to the different channels when in operation.</p> |
