The capacitor has a dished metal housing (14) fitted with a cover (28) having a rolled peripheral edge and an insulating central region, receiving a pair of capacitor terminals (10,12). Each of the capacitor terminals has a pair of arms extending at an angle to one another, facing inwards towards the capacitor central axis (30), with the fixing point of each terminal lying radially inwards of the outer edge between the arms.
