In the preparation of an air pore concrete, the fresh concrete or mortar mixture (10) is fed continuously from a pump (12) through a carrier channel (13) to the delivery outlet (14) together with an added continuous feed of a stable foam stream (5) through an outlet (131) into the channel (13). The two streams are mixed together as they move through the following carrier channel (132). At the foam (5) outlet (131) into the channel (13), the fresh concrete/mortar (10) and the foam (5) are at the same pressure of 2-8 bar in their continuous flow together. Also claimed is an assembly with a pressure vessel (2) for a water/foaming agent mixture (22), and a feed (11-13) for the fresh concrete mixture (10). A mixing zone combines the flows of fresh concrete (10) and foam (5), which are carried together to the delivery outlet (14). The fresh concrete (10) is carried (13) from a continuous feed pump (12) to the delivery outlet (14). The vessel (2) for the water/foaming agent mixture (22) has a compressed air supply (3) and a pair of jets (43) to form the foam in an enclosed pressure zone at the start of the foam channel (44). The paired jets (43) are linked to the pressure vessel (2) by a branch pipe (21) at one side and to the compressor (3) for the compressed air supply through an air pipe (42) on the other side. The foam channel (44) ends at a junction (131) with the concrete feed channel (13) in a pressure-sealed fit, near the feed pump (12). The mixing zone (131, 132), to mix the fresh concrete (10) and foam (5) extends from the foam channel outlet (131) to the delivery outlet (14).
