The lens surface has a near sight correction area with a surface refraction value corresponding to the near distance and a second area for a defined distant sight correction with a surface refraction force corresponding to a defined farther distance. A progressive area is provided between the first and second areas, in which the surface refraction forces from the first and second areas are continuously connected and evolve into one another.
