Compounds represented by general formula (1) and drugs containing the same, (wherein A represents optionally substituted phenyl, naphthyl, dihydronaphthyl, indenyl, pyridyl, indolyl, isoindolyl, quinolyl or isoquinolyl; X represents optionally substituted lower alkylene, etc.; Y represents a single bond, alkylene, etc.; Z represents -CH=CH-, -CC-, -(CH=CH)2-, -CC-CH=CH-, -CH=CH-CC-, etc.; and R represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, etc.). Because of their excellent IgE antibody production inhibitory effects, these compounds are useful as antiallergic agents, etc.
