Raw waste waters and recycled activated sludge from final settling tank (1) are subjected to settling process in anaerobic basin (4), and the layer of sludge (5) is kept constantly; the sludge is carried off from the surface of bottom and joins the liquid carried off through basin's overflow, before aerobic activated sludge basin (7).
