Interactive video experiment for quick time virtual reality systems

A quick time virtual reality system has a film in which each frame represents a stationary condition of a real experiment. The digital frames are produced by digitising the output of an analogue TV camera, photographing single frames and scanning or digital photographing. A range of experiments are used to produce the single frame data. In one experiment a polarised light source 3 is directed through a filter 2 with a TV camera focussed upon it.
