The invention concerns a hydraulic unit comprising at least one hydraulic, mechanical and/or electrical functional element (1, 2, 3, 4), such as for example a storage, valve, pressure-generating or drive element, which is disposed on a mounting member. Each cavity (1', 2', 3', 4') associated with a functional element (1, 2, 3, 4) is connected to a ventilation system which enables each cavity (1' - 4') to be aerated and vented in order to equalize the pressure with the atmosphere via an aeration point (5) which is connected to a pressure-equalizing duct (6, 6', 6") in the ventilation system.
