<p>At least a 1st light shielding film (7) and a 2nd light shielding film (3) are provided respectively above and under the channel region (1c) of a TFT which drives a pixel to prevent light from entering vertically the channel region (1c). The 2nd light shielding film (3) covers the channel region (1c) and the 1st light shielding film (7), and the incident light does not illuminate the surface of the 1st ligth shielding film (7) directly.</p> |
