The binding structure comprises fixture parts (2) which are arranged on the base plate (1) for tension straps (7,9) at toe and foot bend area. A support shell is around the heel area and each tension strap is connected at each of its two ends with a tensioning device (10,19). The tensioning device is connected to a tension lever (12) with an upper dead point position pivotably located in the heel area of the binding. The engagement point for the tensioning device, is located between the tension lever pivot axis (13) and the lever free end. Deflector and guide devices (11,20,21) are provided on the fixture parts for guiding each tensioning device. The end facing the tension straps of the tensioning device is directed in the direction of the longitudinal line of symmetry of each tension strap.
