The invention concerns a digital integration chain of a photodetector signal (14) comprising an analog-to-digital converter (16), and a digital integrator (20) connected to the analog-to-digital converter (16) for supplying a sum signal in an output (24) of the integration chain. The invention is characterised in that the integration chain further comprises means for correcting (22, 26, 30) the sum signal on the basis of a continuous value of the photodetector signal. The invention is useful for gamma-cameras.
