PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an occupied space of an operation side by allowing one multi-function terminal equipment to control plural loads. SOLUTION: A control terminal equipment 32 and a dimmer control terminal equipment 33 or the like are connected to a transmission controller 30 via a signal line Ls, and loads connecting to the control terminal equipment 32 and the dimmer control terminal equipment 33 are controlled by using a signal transmitted through the time division multiplex transmission system. A multi- function terminal equipment 1 is provided with operation section consisting of a display device and a touch panel and has plural addresses and one multi- function terminal equipment 1 provided an instruction to a plural loads by making the operation section correspond to each address.
