The laboratory test unit (1) is provided with a contact unit, for the connection of the user to be tested. A ring core transformer (4) is provided for carrying out a differential current procedure. The section (8) of the current conducting element (5) is designed approximately radially symmetrically in a manner related to its central longitudinal axis, at least in the cross sectional region of the ring core transformer. Each supply lead, return lead or lead cross sectional element is arranged lying opposite a corresponding, parallel connected supply lead, return lead or a corresponding, parallel connected lead cross sectional element. The section (8) passing through the ring core transformer is designed as a coaxial cable (20). |
