The device makes two radar targets (110,120) return a signal to the radar on illumination with a transmitted signal from the radar. If the radar antenna lobe has lobe positions where the returned signals are received from both targets where the radar target is illuminated by the same transmitted signal from the radar, the received returned signals from the radar targets form a signal pair for each thus transmitted signal from the radar. The device comprises a logarithm producing unit which processes the signal amplitude in the return signal pair. A difference forming unit for all logarithmed signal pairs calculates the difference between return signals in a pair, thereby forming difference values, which describes a linear connection in relation to the lobe position of each difference value. |
