PURPOSE:To protect the photosensitive layer of a photosensitive material weak for environmental impulse by covering the layer with a flexible sheet shape packaging member having an exposure conductive plane, cushioning property, light shielding property, heat resistance with chemical inactivity, moisture- proofing property, and dust-proofing property. CONSTITUTION:A conductive plane 21 and a buffer layer 23 provided at a light shielding layer 22 form a layer as an aggregate of cloche type independent air-sac. It is desirable to set the conductive plane 21 connected with plane to the photosensitive layer at a state where no impregnated contamination occurs in the photosensitive layer and no chemical reaction with the photosensitive layer occurs and also, the photosensitive layer itself is comprised of a stable raw material. The conductive plane 21 can be obtained by vapor-depositing a conductive substance, for example, aluminum, etc., or laminating a film in which a conductively vapor-deposited film, carbon black, or metallic fine powder is kneaded.
