摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a buffer circuit with high accuracy for a DC or an AC signal by short-circuiting a gate-source of a 2nd electric field effect transistor(TR), applying input power to a gate of a 1st field effect TR and extracting output power from the source. CONSTITUTION:A connecting point between a resistor 5 and a collector of a TR 6 is connected to the base of a TR 17, a connecting point between a collector of the TR 17 and a constant voltage diode 18 is connected to the base of the TR 6, a connecting point between the source of the field effect TR and the collector of a TR 10 is connected to the base of a TR 19, and a connecting point between a collector of the TR 19 and a constant voltage diode 20 is connected to the base of a TR 10. Then an input voltage is fed to the gate of the field effect TR 7 and an output voltage is extracted from the source of the field effect TR 7. Thus, even when an input voltage at an input terminal 1 is changed, the gate.source voltage VGS1 of the FET 7 is made constant.
