A combined processing apparatus (1) includes a hole-forming mechanism (10) having a punch (14; 15; 16) or a drill for forming holes in a hollow tubular workpiece (4), and a bending mechanism (20) for bending the workpiece. A core bar (30) to be inserted in the hollow workpiece is formed with a recess (32; 33; 34) aligned with the punch or drill, to serve as a die when forming a hole.
