PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a tube member for straws so as to cut them into straw members with the same cutting form or different cutting forms, and to carry out the distribution of them. SOLUTION: This cutting device of a tube member for straws has a rotary oblique edge 213 and a rotary vertical edge 214 whose rotary edges are provided at the opposite sides of a rotary body 206 in the diameter direction, and the cutting device sets an oblique cutting position A and a vertical cutting position by cooperating with a fixed oblique edge 217 and a fixed vertical edge 218. A movable guide 204 guides tube members for straw to the different cutting positions by a cam 219 installed to a rotary shaft 205, every time when the rotary oblique edge 213 and the rotary vertical edge 214 come their cutting positions depending on the rotation of the rotary body 206. |
