PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress invasion of moisture in an interface gap between a resin and an insert member by charging filler having followability to change of the interface gap. SOLUTION: An interface gap 14 between a metal terminal 12 and a resin 10 of a molding 1 is permeated by a filler 3. After the permeation, the molding 1 is removed from a vacuum chamber. A gap with of the gap 14 might be changed based on change of an operating environmental temperature. This is because thermal expansion coefficients of the terminal 12 and the resin 10 are different. Thus, even if the gap width of the gap 14 is changed, the filler 3 charged in the gap 14 easily follows the change of the width. When the filler 3 has swelling characteristics and softness, the filler 3 is easily engaged with a surface of the terminal 12 due to surface roughness of the terminal 12, and hence it is advantageous to suppress approach of moisture to the gap 14. |
