METHOD FOR MOLDING HERMETIC MEMBER FOR CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally cover a thin protective film with small frictional resistance on a contact piece of a hermetic member used for bonding, separation and hermetic sealing used for construction material. SOLUTION: For a hermetic member 1, a fitting piece 2 and a contact piece 3 are formed with a flexible synthetic resin such as a styrene thermoplastic elastomer in the longer direction. A thin protective film 4 on the surface of this contact piece is prepd. by using a mixed synthetic resin of polyolefin resin comprising a low viscosity and highly fluid polyolefin resin as a base material and various large and small powders or particles with high viscosity and low fluidity. The flexible synthetic resin for the fitting piece 2 and the contacting piece 3 and the mixed synthetic resin are simultaneously extrusion-molded by each extrusion molding machine and thereafter, they are integrally laminated in a mold die to form an irregular rough face part consisting of projections and recessed parts on the surface of the protective film.
