<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen deterioration at the rupture predetermined part in the surface skin, and smoothly and surely open the air bag door at the time of expansion of an air bag in the instrument panel integrally provided with the air bag door having double-leaf. SOLUTION: An air bag door core 31 which is mounted to the air bag expansion opening part 22 of the air bag of an instrument panel core 21, is formed out of an air bag door core 31a at the windshield side, which is fixed to the opening periphery 22a at the windshield side of an air bag expansion opening part 22 at its one end, and of an air bag door core 31b on the occupant seat side, which is fixed to the opening periphery 22b on the occupant seat side of the air bag expansion opening part 22 at its one end, and the non-fixed ends 33a and 33b of the air bag door core 31a on the windshield side and the air bag door core 31b on the occupant seat side, are vertically overlapped with each other.</p> |
