<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an air bag door integrally with the instrument panel at low costs without impairing its appearance in quality. SOLUTION: A temperature adjusting member 48 abuts against an area faced to an area which would be weakened after the completion of works in the back surface 46A of a mould 42 by way of a heat transfer material 46. The temperature adjusting member 48 is so constituted that temperature controlling oil 48A flows in the inside of a pipe 48B, and the mould 42 to which a powder box is mounted, is rotated by one turn before temperature at the area 42B of the mould 42 is lowered by the temperature adjusting member 48 down to a temperature T3 where powder is not completely melted, and the skin is not increased in thickness at all. As a result, the skin 48 roughly as thin as a constant value is formed in the inside of the mould 42. Or the skin 28 is formed, which is thin at the area 42B of the mould 42, and is thick at the area 42C of the mould 42.</p> |
