PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tacky laminate producible by extrusion molding, excellent in moldability, processability and releasability, having a proper tack, by laminating a tacky agent layer composed of a specific polymer to one side of a substrate layer constituted of a foam. SOLUTION: This tacky laminate has (B) a tacky agent layer composed of a hydrogenated diene-based polymer in which the double bond of the conjugated diene part of a polymer consisting essentially of a random copolymer part of (i) a conjugated diene compound (preferably 1,3-butadiene or isoprene) and (ii) an aromatic vinyl compound (preferably styrene orα-methylstyrene) is saturated on one side of (A) a substrate layer constituted of a foam (preferably polyurethane foam). The ratio of the components (i)/(ii) is preferably 93/7 to 50/50. The hydrogenation ratio of the double bond of the conjugated diene part of the component B is preferably >=90%. The number-average molecular weight calculated as a polystyrene is preferably 50,000 to 600,000. Preferably, the objective laminate is obtained by a method for extruding the tacky agent layer on the substrate layer by using an extruder and thermally bonding.
