PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photopolymerizable compsn. which has improved resolution and sensitivity by incorporating a compd. having an ethylenically unsatd. bond, a specified photoinitiator, and a polymn. accelerator. SOLUTION: This photopolymerizable compsn. comprises: 100 pts.wt. compd. having at least one ethylenically unsatd. bond; 0.01 to 10 pts.wt. free radical generator, as a photoinitiator, selected from among organic peroxides, onium salts, triazine halides, iron-arene complex, bisimidazole, and titanocene compds.; dyes represented by formulae I to IV (wherein L1 to L5 represent methine; B1 to B4 represent a five-membered or six-membered arom. ring or hetero ring; X and Z represent O or S; W and Y represent O, S, or -N(R)-, provided that Y or W is -N(R)-; and R represents H or a monovalent substituent); and an amine compd. or a sulfur compd. as a polymerization accelerator. |
