PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating acrylic silicone emulsion composition highly safe and excellent in film performances such as weathering, staining and water resistances. SOLUTION: This composition comprises 20-99wt.% acrylic resin emulsion (A) prepared by emulsion-polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 60-97wt.% (meth)acrylic ester monomer, 1-10wt.%α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid, 1-10wt.% polymerizable emulsifier and 1-20wt.% polymerizable light stabilizer, 0-30wt.% organoalkoxysilane compound (B) having at least one glycidyl group in the molecule and 1-50wt.% polymerizable silicone compound (C).
