PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a good image on a projection recording medium having high transmittance. SOLUTION: When an image is recorded on a film sheet, it is smoothed by a smoothing circuit 104 for averaging a plurality of pixel data. When an image is formed through pulse width modulation by electrophotographic system, resolution is lowered by switching the threshold frequency of a pattern signal through a number of line switching circuit 105 to the number of pixels used at the time of smoothing by a smoothing circuit 104. Since a formed toner is not scattered but concentrated, generation of scattering light is suppressed and a good projection image can be formed. |
