<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect a house dust floating in a space so as to clean air by providing a suction port, a blow-off port, and a wind generating electrode part forming a window flow by the movement of charged particles, a dust collecting electrode part collecting the charged particles and an ozone decomposing catalyst. SOLUTION: The particles 94 of the house dust are positively charged by a corona discharge of a discharge with 41 to which positive high voltage is impressed at the wind generating electrode part 40, and the air of the circumstance is moved together by moving the particles 94 toward a discharge electrode 42 to which a negative high voltage is impressed, and a wind flow heading for a blow-off port 25 from a suction port 20 is formed. The dust collecting electrode part 50 is adsorbed to a conductive plate 52 connecting to an earth by a coulomb force at the time of passing the particles positively charged at the wind generating electrode part 40 between a conductive foil 51 which is covered with an insulated film and impressed with the positive high voltage and the conductive plate 52 connecting to the earth. The ozone generated at the time of the colona discharge at the wind generating electrode part 40 is adsorbed to the ozone decomposing catalyst 60 and a bad-smelling component is deodorized by an oxidative destruction too.</p> |
