<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance at the time of valve closing while maintaining simplicity of assembly in a check valve. SOLUTION: A keep plate 6 is provided with a snap fit claw 7. A flexible flange 12 brought into pressure contact with the peripheral edge of a valve seat 11 at the time of opening of a valve element 2 is formed at the outer periphery of annular packing 5, and circling level difference 13 for fitting the outer periphery of the keep plate 6 therein is formed at the inner periphery of the annular packing 5. A cover 4 is provided with a fit-in hole for the snap fit claw 7, and a circling wall 14 for fitting a body part of the annular packing 5 excluding the flange 12 is formed at the outer periphery. The annular packing 5 is fitted into the cover 4, the keep plate 6 is fitted into the annular packing 6, and the snap fit claw 7 is fitted into the fit-in hole so as to hold the annular packing 5 by the cover 4 and the keep plate 6. In a check valve using such a valve element 2, a rotating hole of the valve element 2 is made an oblong hole orthogonal to the valve seat 11 at the time of valve closing, and one end 10 of a torsion coil spring 3 mounted on a rotating shaft 18 so as to energize the valve element 2 in a closing direction is fitted into a slot 9 of the snap fit claw 7 protruded from the cover 4, for positioning.</p> |
