摘要 <p>(A) In a process for increasing the sorption coefficient of an aluminosilicate-contg. schistous material, recovered from coal mining, by heat treatment to eliminate aluminosilicate expansion or contraction, the novelty comprises (a) addn. of 7-35 wt.% cement and/or 0.05-2 wt.% Al (in the form of Al powder or a suspension of Al cpds.), based on the aluminosilicates; (b) prepn. of a buffer mixt. for stabilising the pH at 10-14, by addn. of hydroxides (e.g. Ca(OH)2 and/or Mg(OH)2); and (c) hydrothermal treatment at 70-120 deg.C, opt. with addn. of 0.2-2% sodium silicate, of the material as an aq. suspension. (B) Also claimed is a material obtained by the process and contg. 500g aluminosilicates, 375g water, 125g blast furnace cement (HK-40), 200g aluminium powder, 2g sodium silicate and 5g calcium hydroxide. The Al component is pref. Al powder, added in amount 0.01-0.10 wt.% based on dry material in the suspension, or an Al salt, pref. AlCl3 or Al(SO4)2. Pref. the aq. suspension contains 25-50 wt.% anamorphous aluminosilicates, 35-50% water, 7-35% cement and 0.05-50% Ca(OH)2, Mg(OH)2 and/or Na2SiO3, to which 0.2-2% AlCl3 or Al powder is added at pH above 8, pref. 10-12.</p>
