SOLUTION: Because a first flag F1 is set to 1 at S410, the process proceeds to S413 after a second flag F2 is set to 1 at S412 and a strong creep control is started. A second V pulse is not inputted even if set time IM2s passes. Because the second flag F2 is set to 1 also at the time of IM2=0, the process proceeds from S408 to S413 and the strong creep control is continued. When a vehicle starts to move after a week creep control is started in this way, the week creep control is discontinued by the input of the first input pulse and the control is shifted to the strong creep control. Thus, the controller can be made to counteract reverse torque by gravity at an ascending slope.</p>
