<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing system of color filter which can perform preliminary ink jet without causing any trouble, e.g. generation of dust or ink mist. SOLUTION: The ink jet recorder for performing a recording by jetting ink from an ink jet head toward a member to be recorded comprises a cap member 31a covering the nozzle plane of an ink jet head 120a, a pump P sucking the inside of the cap member, a mechanism for moving the ink jet head 120a and the cap member 31a relatively, and a CPU for jetting ink from the ink jet head 120a while operating the pump P under a state where the distance between the nozzle plane and the cap member is regulated to a predetermined distance (d) through the moving mechanism.</p> |
