PURPOSE:To simplify a confirmation operation by identifying whether or not an unreadout massage exists by an unreadout message identification means, and controlling a frequency or pattern when informing a time by a time informing means based on identification output. CONSTITUTION:A time signal control part 10 always reads in a time signal from a timepiece part 11, and drives an unreadout message identification part 9 when a time shows a time signal time set by the operation of an external switch 22 in advance, and identifies whether or not the unreadout message exists based on the state of a message storage part 7, and sends a control signal to a control part 8 so as to perform the information of the time signal with frequency or pattern different from ordinary frequency or pattern when it exists. A carrier of this receiver can confirm the presence of the unreadout message by recognizing the information of time with frequency or pattern different from the ordinary one, and can confirm the message by immediately displaying it. |
