PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute the consumed power of outdoor units in the case of heat storage units being provided, to each indoor unit proportionally and impartially. SOLUTION: The total power consumed by all air conditioning groups 1G is detected by a watt-hour meter 55, while the power consumed by each outdoor unit is detected discretely by an ammeter 56. A power control unit 60 receives data on the total consumed power and data on air conditioning power and on heat storage power of each outdoor unit 4A and converts air conditioning electric energy into the air conditioning electric energy of each indoor unit 4B on the basis of the power share ratio of each indoor unit 4B. Heat storage electric energy is converted into the heat storage electric energy of each indoor unit 4B on the basis of the ratio of the air conditioning electric energy of the indoor units 4B of each of the air conditioning groups 1G. The air conditioning electric energy and the heat storage electric energy obtained by conversion are made the consumed electric energy of each indoor unit 4B.
