The pipe connection is designed to allow a pressure medium throughflow. It has a pipe (2) with a funnel-shaped end (4). The pipe is attached to an object (6) with a bore connection (8) via a shroud nut (12), which turns freely over the pipe. The nut tightens the pipe end against a corresponding conical surface (26) at the base of the bore connection. A truncated conical washer (24) provides the locating face, and is inserted into the bore together with a sealing washer (20). USE/ADVANTAGE - Pressure pipe connection requires no special tools for mfr. and has no tight tolerances.
