PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lowering of visibility by making a molten traffic sign material contain scale piece-shaped glass crushed powder having specific particle size as reflection material. SOLUTION: After disused window-panes or surplus glass material are crushed, scale-shaped glass crushed powder having 1-5mm of particle size is formed by means of a sieve. Glass crushed powder 100-450 pts.wt., plasticizer 15-22 pts.wt. such as vegetable oil, vegetable oil modified alkyd resin, etc., pigment 0-60 pts.wt. such as titanium dioxide, chrome yellow, etc., filler 0-300 pts.wt. such as calcium carbonate, silica sand, etc., and reflection material 0-200 pts.wt. such as glass beads, etc., are mixed with caking resin 100 pts.wt. such as crude rosin, maleic rosin, etc., to compound the molten traffic sign material. By the constitution, the lowering of visibility on a rainy day or in the night by elapse can be prevented. |
