PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simply adjust an amount of hydrogen peroxide gas carried to a germicidal chamber without time delay. SOLUTION: Hydrogen peroxide water is gasified in a gasification tank 16. An inlet of a hydrogen peroxide gas transfer pipe 18 is connected to the gasification tank 16. An outlet of the hydrogen peroxide gas transfer pipe 18 is connected to a germicidal chamber 22 surrounding a container transfer path over a required section. A branch port 33 is provided between the inlet and the outlet of the pipe 18. An open/close member 37 is provided on the branch port 33 so that an opening degree is adjustable.
